RETURN & REFUND POLICY
This policy appliable stricly for items purchased thru GNB Group Store. Purchases from other distribution channels (inclusive of other e-commece platforms ) will not be eligible under this policy.
All return must be made within 14 calendar days to return the item that you purchased at our store from the date you received the item. To be eligible for a return, the items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. For any products/items that you purchased from our store that you want to return, Return for an exchange only be accepted and allowed under the following reasons:
- Goods Damage Upon Arrival
- Manufacturing Defect
- Missing Parts and/or Incomplete unit
- Wrong Item Delivered
Strictly no Return/Refund/Exchange under the the following reasons:
- Wrongly ordered
- Item Unwanted
- Change Of Mind
Kindly follow GNB Group Store return procedure. Before making an return, kindly send an return request with reason, photo and or orther suppporting document (proof of purchase) via firstname.lastname@example.org. The request will be received and review by our team, and you will be notified on the status of your request within 3 working days.
After receiving information about the return request from us and meeting the return criteria, we will direct you to return the item securely by meeting the conditions as below:
- Your item must be in original packaging and unused condition
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof purchase (image,invoice)
Procedure of return will be mentioned throught a reply email if the return is approved.
Once we receive your returned items and inspecting the condition of your items, we will process your return for exchange within 14 working days upon receiving your return.
In the event, your return is approved but our company unable to replace the same item within 30 calendar days upon receving your return, our company will made a refund of the item purchased price including shipping cost charged at the time of purchase. The payment method for refund will be through credit card or original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The return shipping costs are non-refundable.
STRICTLY NO REFUND for any return shipping and handling charges.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
