GNB MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SERVICE AGREEMENT
“Membership service” (hereafter called the Member) refers to the member-exclusive service provided by GNB Group Sdn. Bhd. (hereafter called the COMPANY). This SERVICE AGREEMENT is made and agreed to between YOU and the COMPANY.
A. Prerequisite
1. YOU acknowledge that YOU agree and accept all the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT upon membership registration. YOUR use of the SERVICE to be bound by this AGREEMENT.
2. YOU agree that the COMPANY reserves the right to amend this AGREEMENT at any time, in the COMPANY’s sole discretion, by posting any such amendment(s) to the COMPANY's website without prior and separate notice. If YOU do not agree to any such amendment(s), YOUR sole recourse shall be to cease using the SERVICE.
B. GNB Group Store Membership
1. “Membership Account”: Each membership account carries a unique membership number with a login password for the purpose of enquiry and calculation of points collected.
2. Member service: Membership service offered by the COMPANY includes:
a. Point accumulation: For every RM1 worth of purchase, member earns 1 point. Points accumulated are not transferrable to any other members.
b. Point redemption: Points will be redeemed in the form of Cash Back. The conversion rate is 0.5% Cash Back. Cash Back will be carried out on annual basis.
c. Points Cash Back period: The points cash back will be paid to the registered member’s Duitnow before 15th of February of the following year. (For example, points earned from 1 January 2020 to 31 st December 2020 will be converted in the form of cash back and be paid before 15th of February 2021).
d. Member events and discount benefits .
3. Enquiry: All YOUR online business transactions on this e-commerce platform will be recorded by the COMPANY. YOU may enquire about the points accumulated in YOUR membership through this system. If YOU have any query on Your points collected, a detailed transaction record from the COMPANY is available upon request with processing fee apply.
4. Force Majeure disclaimer: The COMPANY shall not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of unavailability of the SERVICE.
5. YOU agree that, the COMPANY reserves the right to suspend or limit certain service function at its sole discretion.
C. Member Account
1. Registration
YOU agree that:
a. It is your respoinsibility to provide accurate information as required to register for the SERVICE and the COMPANY reserves the right to suspend or terminate, in part or in full, for any inaccurate and incomplete information as required.
B YOU agree and accept to bear the full consequence for failure to update Your personal information and the COMPANY will not be liable for any responsibility.
c. YOUR membership is non-transferrable, the COMPANY reserves the right to membership for any violation of the membership terms and conditions.
2. Account Security
YOU agree to take full responsibility of YOUR membership and loginin password, YOU further agree that:
a. YOU will not reveal Your membership account number and password to others.
b. A fee may apply due to forget password and request for suspension of the SERVICE. 7-14 working days are required to process Your request.
D. Points Redemption
1. YOU understand and agree to accept the following provisions:
a. With the use of the SERVICE, points will be granted through various forms. Cash value is endowed upon the points. The points will be converted into cash back, regardless of the ways through which the points are earned.
b. The COMPANY may, in its sole discretion, adjust the point value or amend relevant provisions relating to points redemption without YOUR prior consent.
c. Point validity period: One (1) Calendar Year.
E. Restrictions on Membership Service
1. The SERVICE is in accordance with relevant laws and regulations of Malaysia.
2. YOU acknowledge and agree that the COMPANY may suspend or terminate the SERVICE in any of the following circumstances:
a. Violation of the provisions and spirit of this AGREEMENT, the COMPANY reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, or terminate the SERVICE and remove YOUR data subsequently.
b. The COMPANY reserves the right to terminate the SERVICE without prior notice when deemed necessary.
F. Privacy Protection
1. YOUR acceptance of this AGREEMENT constitutes YOUR consent to the use, application and disclosure of YOUR personal information by the COMPANY according to the COMPANY’s Privacy Policy:
G. System Halt or Failure
1. The COMPANY shall not be liable for any loss or damage in the event of system halt or non-performance of the SERVICE
H. Limitation of Liabilities
1. This Service is offered by the COMPANY on voluntary basis. The COMPANY does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness of any information provided in connection with the SERVICE.
2. Partners of the SERVICE are responsible for the quality and content of the service they provide, for which the COMPANY bears no liability.
